What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order.


Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Virginia.


What's the status of my order?

The best way to track the progress of your order is to set up an account at checkout. You can log in at any time to receive the most up-to-date information. If you didn’t set up an account, please contact customer service at 800.572.6228 or by email at Support@ThePureCompany.com.


What if I need to modify or cancel an order I've already placed?

If you would like to modify an order that you have placed, contact Customer Care at 800.572.6228 within 10 minutes of placing your order. Item removal is not guaranteed and can only be done during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:30pm EST.

If you're unable to contact our Customer Care team in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.


When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 12:00pm EST are processed that day. Occasionally, we may split the order into multiple shipments. If this happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.


Can I expedite my order?

You can select expedited shipping at checkout for domestic orders. Orders received before 12:00pm EST are processed that day. We’re not able to expedite orders already placed.
